1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing, accessing, or using the MeeTrend Chrome extension or the meetrend.in website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please uninstall the extension immediately and do not use the service.

2. What MeeTrend Does

MeeTrend is a Chrome browser extension that automatically scrolls through Meesho category pages and filters products based on user-defined criteria, including star ratings, review counts, and price ranges. It is designed to help Meesho sellers and resellers find quality products more efficiently.

MeeTrend is an independent, third-party tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to Meesho, Fashnear Technologies Private Limited, or any of its parent or subsidiary companies.

3. Subscription Plans & Payments

MeeTrend offers the following subscription plans:

• Free Plan: 10 filters and 10 exports per day at no cost. No credit card required.
• Pro Plan: ₹499/month — unlimited filtering, scrolling, saves, and exports with email support.
• Elite Plan: ₹2,999/year — all Pro features on annual billing, plus priority WhatsApp support and early access to new features.

All payments are processed securely via PayU in Indian Rupees (INR). Prices listed are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST). Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date.

4. Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with MeeTrend. If you are a first-time subscriber to the Pro or Elite plan and are unsatisfied with the service, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase by emailing support@meetrend.in.

Refunds are not available after 7 days from the date of purchase, or on subscription renewals. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days and credited back to the original payment method.

5. Acceptable Use

When using MeeTrend, you agree not to:

• Use MeeTrend to scrape, harvest, or extract Meesho data for the purpose of resale, redistribution, or building a competing product.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or copy any part of the MeeTrend extension or its source code.
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts on top of MeeTrend to mass-extract or bulk-download data beyond the extension's intended functionality.
• Share your MeeTrend account credentials or subscription license with multiple users or third parties.
• Attempt to bypass, circumvent, or manipulate subscription restrictions, usage limits, or licensing controls.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your MeeTrend account at our discretion if we determine that you have violated any of these Terms of Service. In the event of termination due to policy violation, no refund will be issued for any remaining subscription period.

You may also cancel your account at any time by emailing support@meetrend.in. Upon cancellation, your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.

7. Disclaimers

MeeTrend is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.

Meesho may update, modify, or redesign their website or platform at any time, which could temporarily affect the functionality of the MeeTrend extension. In such cases, we will work to update the extension promptly, but we cannot guarantee a specific timeline for fixes.

MeeTrend is a product filtering and discovery tool. It does not guarantee any specific business results, sales outcomes, revenue increases, or competitive advantages. Your results will depend on your own business decisions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MeeTrend's total cumulative liability to you for any and all claims arising from or related to the use of our service shall not exceed the total amount you have paid to MeeTrend in the 30 days immediately preceding the claim.

In no event shall MeeTrend, its owners, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill — regardless of the cause of action or the theory of liability.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and its subsequent amendments.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of MeeTrend shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, India.

10. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms of Service from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify all registered users via email at least 15 days before the changes take effect. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision.

Your continued use of MeeTrend after the updated terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you should discontinue use of the service and cancel your subscription.
